Volunteering

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with WeCan Society, which runs 9 schools to provide quality education to marginalized communities. We are excited to offer this opportunity to individuals who share our commitment to education equity and social justice.

Volunteering Details:

Our volunteering program offers an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of marginalized communities. As a volunteer, you will work closely with our team and assist with various aspects of our operations, such as teaching, classroom assistance, after-school programs, event coordination, fundraising, or administrative support, depending on your skills and interests. You will have the opportunity to engage with our students and their families, and learn about the challenges and opportunities associated with providing quality education to marginalized communities.

Duration: Minimum duration for Volunteering with us is 4 weeks and there is no maximum limit.

Criteria for Volunteering:

We welcome individuals of all backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about education equity and social justice. Relevant educational or work experience is preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a desire to contribute to our mission, are essential. Volunteers must be 18 years or older, and have no criminal record. Depending on the volunteer position, proficiency in English language may be required.
