Humanities Stream

Students who wish to pursue a career in the fields of law, politics, or social sciences opt for Humanities. Our Humanities stream curriculum is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of history, political science and economics. At WeCan High, we believe that the best way to teach students is by helping them understand the practical applications of the topics they are studying. We believe that students learn best when they can see the real-world relevance of what they are learning. That's why our teachers incorporate practical examples and case studies into their lessons, so students can see how the concepts they are learning apply in the real world.

Science Stream

Students who aim for a career in the fields of engineering, medicine, or technology opt for our Science stream. Curriculum is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology. Our teachers use a combination of theoretical and practical learning to help students understand the concepts and we also provide opportunities for students to participate in hands-on learning experiences, such as laboratory experiments, and project-based learning. By engaging in these activities, students can see first-hand how the theories they learn in the classroom can be applied in practice. We believe that by teaching in this way, we not only help our students develop a deeper understanding of the subjects they are studying but also equip them with the critical thinking and problem-solving skills they need to succeed in their future careers.

Life outside classroom

The five basic types of curricula are Traditional, Thematic, Programmed, Classical, and Technological. Extracurriculars fall under the traditional approach. An extracurricular activity or cultural activity is an activity, performed by students, that falls outside the realm of the normal curriculum of the school. The activities are grouped under the following categories: sports, community service, employment, arts, hobbies, and educational clubs. Extracurricular activities complement our academic curriculum. The school also organizes industrial and educational visits accompanied by teachers teaching relevant subjects.
