Thank you for your interest in the internship program with WeCan Society. WeCan runs 9 schools to provide quality education to marginalized communities. We are excited to offer this opportunity to individuals who share our commitment to education equity and social justice.

Internship Details:

Our internship program offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in the education sector. As an intern, you will work closely with our team and assist with various aspects of our operations, such as curriculum development, teacher training, fundraising, community outreach, or program evaluation, depending on your skills and interests. You will have the opportunity to engage with our leadership, academic and administrative staff, as well as students and their families, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with providing quality education to marginalized communities.

Duration & Stipend:

Duration of Internship may vary from 2 weeks to 26 weeks. Kindly note that a stipend of INR 2,500 per month will be paid to interns who spend a minimum of 8 weeks with the organisation.

Criteria for Selection:

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to education equity and social justice. Relevant educational or work experience is preferred, but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a desire to contribute to our mission, are essential. The internship is open to students or recent graduates in any field.
