Internship at WeCan Society

Thank you for your interest in joining the WeCan Society Internship Program. WeCan operates nine schools committed to delivering quality education to marginalized communities. Our internship program is designed for individuals who are passionate about education equity, social change, and community upliftment.

About the Internship

This program provides hands-on experience in the education sector. As an intern, you’ll work alongside our dedicated team and contribute to key areas such as:

• • Curriculum development
• • Teacher training
• • Fundraising and donor engagement
• • Community outreach
• • Program evaluation and impact assessment

You will also have the chance to interact with our leadership, academic and administrative teams, students, and their families—gaining deep insight into the real-world challenges and opportunities in the education space.

Duration & Stipend

• • Internship duration: 2 to 26 weeks
• • Stipend: INR 2,500 per month, applicable for interns completing a minimum of 8 weeks

Who Can Apply?

We are looking for motivated individuals who:

• • Are passionate about education equity and social justice
• • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• • Are eager to learn and contribute meaningfully

While prior experience in education or related fields is an advantage, it is not mandatory. The program is open to students and recent graduates from all academic backgrounds.
