Sports Day

We have an intricately designed curriculum that is inclined towards the holistic development of a student. Our founder believes that productivity revolves around healthy meals, exercise, meditation, and striking a balance between personal and professional life. Research shows that students with healthy habits and an hour of physical exercise have better class participation, attention spans, and high test scores. In some cases, exercises can even tackle behavioral issues. At WeCan, the integration of physical activity into the child's daily events is one of our priorities. Supporting the above-mentioned, WeCan Schools host the Annual Sports Day every year. As a group of educational institutions, we keep in mind that physical development and sports play a vital role in academic enhancement and learning.

The event begins with the traditional Torch lighting ceremony in the presence of the chief guest where budding athletes of the primary wing become the torchbearers. Further, children take oath for fair play and follow the sportsman spirit. March past is one of the main attractions of the event along with the yoga drill where students showcase their dedication, patience, and focus.

The tasks in the races are age-appropriate, theme based, carefully planned, and then selected for the children. We make sure to have skill-based races like ball and cone, long jump, hoopla skipping, army race, 100m–400m sprints, and relays. The entire event is fun-filled, colorful, and interesting.
