WeCan believes that each child has got right to education and no child should be denied this right just because of poor financial condition of his/her parents. Hence each year WeCan gives scholarship in the form of concession in the Tuition fee to those students who otherwise cannot afford quality education.
BELOW ARE THE TYPES OF SCHOLARSHIP WECAN IS GIVING TO ITS STUDENTS:
EWS (ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION)
There are several parents in the society who cannot afford quality education for their Kids, hence either they don’t send their kids to school or send to the type of school in which quality of education is very low and outdated. To discourage such practice WeCan is providing scholarship in the tuition fee. Under this category student gets 50% to 100% waiver in tuition fee.
WeCan believes in gender equality and believes that girls can contribute equally in nation’s growth if they are provided quality education. Hence to spread education in all girls WeCan is providing them scholarship in the form of concession by just charging 50% of tuition fee.
There are some parents who could afford good education for one of their child but not for all, hence WeCan is providing Sibling concession for such parents where the sibling is entitled to get upto Rs/- 200 off on his/her tuition fee.
